However, Personal Assistants are a wonderful way of getting the most out of your day and being the most time efficient you can possibly be. But many people do ask the question of “why do I need a Personal Assistant?”. In this blog I am going to answer this question for you. - **They will make sure that you’re out of the door and on your way to everything on time-** It is so easy to get caught up in your inbox and lose track of time when in work. One second, you’re arriving into the office and the next its 11:55am and your supposed to be at a meeting in ten minutes at a location that is fifteen minutes away. A Personal Assistant is a fantastic way to ensure this doesn’t happen. Through the relationship you will have built with your PA they will be able to politely usher you out of the door and make sure you’re on track to stay on schedule. - **Helping you maintain a work-life balance-** A work-life balance is so important to maintain a healthy way of life. Hiring a Personal Assistant is the first step to a one-way ticket to this. Their main priority is to make your life easier and keep things running smoothly. They understand that you are constantly rushed off your feet and going backwards and forwards so the last thing you want is to bring all your work home with you, when you could be spending it with your family. Having a PA will reduce your workload and ensure things are kept up to date, allowing you to go home without having to pick up different bits and pieces after a long day. - **Gives you the time to do what you’re good at-** When running a business, it’s inevitable that you are going to come across hurdles every day that you must face. But, these can be a massive pain when it restricts you from doing the things that you want to do for your business. Having a personal assistant gives you the ability to share these tasks with somebody that you trust and keep calm knowing they will get the job done. This allows you to focus on the business and making your visions a reality. - **Being able to get up and go-** It’s not unlikely that you will be traveling to various places to attend meetings. Whether this is across the country or internationally it’s no secret that it takes time to organise timings, travel and places to stay. A personal assistant will give you a helping hand so that you are set and ready to go. They will ensure you have your suit cleaned, travel booked and a hotel to stay in so that you do not have to worry about a thing and you are raring to go for your meeting. - **Knowing you better than you know yourself-** Okay so nobody is going to know you entirely better than you know yourself, but you would be surprised on how much they can learn. From knowing how you have your coffee in the morning to where your favourite place to eat is, to which seat on plane you like to sit it. They will become a clone of you, taking the time to understand exactly how you like things done. A personal assistant will be able to act as you, replying to emails on your behalf or inputting other information. They will understand how you like things without you having to ask- what could be easier? A Personal Assistant is an investment in yourself and your business; every successful entrepreneur needs one. Used effectively the benefits will outweigh the cost of an extra wage. Just think about how much more time you can take to apply yourself to the growing, marketing and developing of your business.
