Our commitment to both our candidates and clients is that we thoroughly vet everyone that we work with, to ensure that we always get the perfect fit when connecting both parties.  When registering with Lily Shippen, you can expect to be initially contacted by one of our experienced recruitment consultants, who will do an initial CV screen over the telephone. This will typically take 30-45 minutes and we will go through exactly what you are looking for in your ideal role, as well as motivations for moving jobs, and remuneration. If we feel that we can help you with your job search, we will then invite you in to our office to meet with at least one consultant.
