When registering with Lily Shippen, you can expect to be initially contacted by one of our experienced recruitment consultants, who will do an initial CV screen over the telephone. This will typically take 30-45 minutes and we will go through exactly what you are looking for in your ideal role, as well as motivations for moving jobs, and remuneration. If we feel that we can help you with your job search, we will then invite you in to our office to meet with at least one consultant. They will go through everything in more detail, and will ask to see original copies of your proof of address and ID.
Once you are registered, your consultant will keep in regular contact with you about opportunities, and we will then be able to send you out to interviews with our clients.
