If I have learnt anything over the last few years, especially in 2020 when we were faced with navigating a global pandemic, it’s important to celebrate the wins, however big or small. We can often be so focused on reaching the top of the mountain that we forget to enjoy the view of the climb up to the top. So, in 2022, we launched our ‘jar of happiness’ in the Lily Shippen offices. The purpose of the jar of happiness was simple; our team could pick out a prize from the jar whenever they had a win, and it included the entire team. The prizes ranged from free coffees, manicures or team Deliveroo lunches, and I am proud to say that the jar was a huge success.
