The Interview
Preparation for this process is key so make sure you’ve done your research. Find out who will be interviewing you and have an idea of what to expect. Are you expecting an informal “getting-to-know-you” chat or something more formal? Will there be a presentation?
Do you know how many other candidates are up for the interview process and how keen they are to fill the role?
We will help you prepare thoroughly. At Lily Shippen, we only put the right candidates in front of the right clients. We don’t want you to clam up in your interview.
